In order for a homeowner to collect foreclosure surplus funds, one must properly notify the court within a specific time frame in order to be eligible to get their money back. Once we’ve located your funds, we will then verify the amount of the overage that exists. We do this by checking any liens, mortgages, auction expenses, legal fees, etc, that may come out of the disbursement that you are owed.
When we have the final figure and your approval, we will turn your file over to our expert attorneys to recover your money.
